Return & Exchange

You may contact Bonzuri for returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your product if you are not satisfied.

  • Product Quality Issues: If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, we will process it free of charge.
  • Customer-initiated Returns/Exchanges: If the return or exchange is due to customer reasons, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price to cover return shipping costs.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. If the product is returned in a non-original condition, a 15%-50% deduction from the product price will be applied as compensation for damage.
  • Refunds: Refunds for returns will be processed within 7 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned product.
  • Exchanges: Once we confirm receipt of the returned product, a replacement will be sent to you. Please contact us for specific details.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped.
  • Once the product has shipped, we will try to intercept the shipment. If successful, there will be no charge for cancellation. However, if the interception is unsuccessful, you will need to return the product at your own cost after receiving it.
