Welcome to Bonzuri, where every piece of jewelry tells a story as unique as your own. Our journey began with Charles Dufresne, a passionate jewelry design student from the U.S. His deep appreciation for intricate craftsmanship took him to Paris in 1997, where he met Claire. Captivated by her grace, Charles dedicated himself to creating a one-of-a-kind engagement ring. The back of the ring features an engraved French angelfish, a symbol of eternal love and commitment. French angelfish are known for having a single, lifelong partner. Just as these devoted fish embody lifelong dedication, Charles and Claire's love story flourished, and they have been happily married ever since.

In a world where the sanctity of eternal love and marriage is often overlooked, Charles is devoted to celebrating and preserving these values through his creations. This commitment inspired him to start the company Bonzuri (meaning "good jewelry"), with a French angelfish featured in our logo to honor this spirit.
